
I'm a second generation baker running a small operation from my home. I started in Beverly on the southside of Chicago, and now operate in Verona, WI. I'm a mom, a want-to-be painter, a lover of travel, books, and food.
All the bread is leavened naturally with sourdough. Because of the long fermentation times, the bread is made in small batches and develops a deep, complex flavor that stands out on its own or with your favorite ingredients.
Check out my weekly menu below. I only make certain items on certain days; each day has a selection and that is what is available for that day. Once you know what you'd like, shoot me a message from the "contact us" section at the bottom of the page. You'll receive detailed pick-up instructions once I receive your order. I do my best to accommodate all orders, but they are first come first served and fill up fast.
